In the year 2004 our R&D Department has started CNC Lathe production Project with the support of some State Organization in Turkey. By taking the same support from the same Organizations, at 2006 DIRINLER is designed and produced the first CNC Portable Milling Machine in Turkey which is designed 100% by Turkish engineers. Now, DIRINLER is supplying Engineering service and special productions by increasing his varieties for his customer demands.
The production of CNC double Column Milling machine helped us to develop the new concepts. DIRINLER has capable to supply Engineering service facilities for high quality, faster and Effective machine Solutions with his own experience in order to solve various production problems coming from the customers. HORIZANTAL CNC CONTROLLED MILLING MACHINE WITH 6 AXIS
Our CNC Controlled Milling machine is special designed and patented as six axis (3+3) by considering the need of the customer. This machine allows milling and boring operations to the different horizantal surfaces of the work-piece fixed on machine at the same time independantly in accordance to the processes. This design supplies increasing of the machining productivity on the work-piece and saving on time while reaching the possibility of required measurement accuracy on the reference surfaces. The table of the machine is fixed. However, axis control to both sides on the operation head, operation control of two opposite surfaces on the work-piece and tool changing are made automatically.
