The CE marking certifies that a product has met EU consumer safety, health or enviromental requirements by 98/37/AT machinery directives. According to the machinery safety directive which came into force on 05.12.2003, all kind of machines which produced or being used in Turkey must obey the CE regulations by European directives.

       That’s why any press machines which purchased before this date should be revised according to CE norms.

       Consequently, all necessary safety precautions stated in the CE norms should be taken into consideration from even the designing stage. Therefore the following remarks are applied to our press machines;

— Electric panel and double – hand control are designed to obey the CE regulations fully.
— Emergency stop button is placed where can be easily reached in case of emergency.
— The electrical equipment inside electric panel is also CE certificated and the design of these equipment is carried out to meet CE directives. Therefore, even if you open the electric panel, electric shock is not seen at all
— During overhaul of press, safety bar/block should be placed on the press table to avoid any accident. In case of the plug of this safety bar/block is taken off, the machine stops automatically.
— Sliding distance of clucth brake combination is measured and then control panel is placed accordingly.
— Photocell safety guard or mechanical cover which equipped with switches is used at our press machines.
