DIRINLER delivered Horn type Press with Index System to Rim manufacturers which will supply high speed and productivity in their production. This System is produced with Servo motor controlled in two different types in order to punch Rim holes in series for mass production.
INDEX SYSTEM 1
Type 1 indexer has 3 controlled and 1 non-controlled axis. Its axes and drive systems are as follows:
X axis: It is drived by Q50 mm hydraulic cylinder. It is used two 35 mm linear slides.
W axis: It is rotational axis. It is rotated by two Q40 mm hydraulic cylinders.
V axis: It is rotational axis. It is drived by 150Nm and 150 rpm motor / reducer.
Non-controlled axis: It consists of 2 Q125 pneumatic cylinders or suitable spiral pressing spring.
INDEX SYSTEM 2
Type 2 indexer has 4 controlled and 1 non-controlled axis. Its axes and drive systems are as follows:
X axis: It is drived by 9 Nm, 1500 rpm motor and Q32/10 mm pitch ball screw. max. speed is 15 m/min.
Y axis: It is drived by 1Nm, 1200 rpm motor and Q32 mm pitch ball screw. max. speed 15 m/min.
W axis: It is rotational axis. It is drived by 320 Nm and 50 rpm motor / reducer.
V axis: It is rotational axis. It is drived by 150Nm and 150 rpm motor / reducer.
Non-controlled axis: It consists of 4 Q125 pneumatic cylinders. Working pressure is 4 – 5 bar.
