* Effect of Stroke can be decreased because of the slow speed at bottom death point and the life of tool is
increased.
* The noice is decreased during the pressing.
* Load applied by the Ram can be transferred directly to the body by the upright arms and it is provided a
very good Rigid System.
* Accurate calibrated (sizing) operations can be provided because of the rigidity of the System.
* The life of tool is increased because of the rigidity of the System.
This System is used in otomotive industry, production of panel radiator, kitchen-ware products, white appliance
products and similar productions and becomes widespread day by day, because of these characteristics. In another
word, this press gives a form to the work-piece like a hydraulic press and while working in high speed like a eccentric
press. The speed of this press is 50% is higher than standart Eccentric press.
On this presses, the paralelizm in high speed and on wide rams is provided by special bearing mechanism and ram
slide systems and life of the press is increased by special Lubrication and bearing systems.
