HARDENED MEASUREMENT DEVICE : We make hardness measurement of manufacturing steel, milled steel, etc., casting materials, materials we need depending on chemical composition or parts which we desire to reach a certain hardness as a result of thermal processing, with a fixed hardness measurement device or if part sizes are big, in Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers type largely with portable hardness measurement device.

THREE DIMENSIONS MEASUREMENT DEVICE : We make control of any type of parts with a three dimensional coordinate measurement device of Mitutoyo brand CYRSTA APEX C 9168 model with 0,0001 sensitivity, in size 900*1600*800.

GRIP SLIDE : We make controls of sliding distance and period of pneumatic grip press under barrier or during stopping.

PRESS TENSION: We make tension controls of press we produce in different tonnages, in their capacity according to standards.

PORTABLE THREE DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENT DEVICE: During manufacture of our products, controls are made with a portable three dimensional measurement device of FARO brand of 1800 mm diameter, in 0,026 sensitivity in process controls.

CONTROL OF PARALLELITY - VERTICALITY: In the final control of our products, parallelism between the clutch and table, verticality controls are made and taken under registry.
